Adjustments to United Cargo Customer Service Hours    07/20/20

As a valued United Cargo customer, we want to share with you some changes that will take place in our Cargo Customer Service Center. Due to the unprecedented business environment brought on by the COVID-19 crisis and resulting changes to market conditions, we are adjusting our Customer Service Center hours of operation.

-- Effective August 2, 2020, the United Cargo Customer Service Center will operate:

Monday through Friday from 0600 to 2300 Central Time
Saturday and Sunday from 0900 to 1730 Central Time

-- The adjusted service hours apply to all products and specialty phone lines.

-- Please note, all TempControl shipments will continue to be tracked and monitored with temperature status provided 24/7.

-- Email inquiries including messages sent to cargo@united.com or any specialty inboxes will be accepted 24/7 with responses provided during the new hours of operation.

-- Unitedcargo.com remains available 24/7 to book select products and track your shipments.

We are confident that the new hours of operation will continue to fulfill your needs and deliver the great customer service that you have come to expect from United Cargo.
