Freight and trucking facility hours of operations for the U.S. Labor Day holiday
In observance of the U.S. Labor Day holiday, several United Cargo freight facility and trucking locations will modify their hours of operation on September 1, 2025, as detailed below.
Please note:
- The hours listed below apply to United Cargo freight facility locations. Pickup and drop-off locations for QuickPak small package shipments at airport terminals will operate under their normal hours during this period.
- United Cargo Customer Contact Center agents are available Monday through Friday from 06:00 to 23:00 CST and Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 17:30 CST at 1-800-UA-CARGO.

All U.S. trucking terminals will be closed on Monday, September 1st, 2025. All Forward Air stations will return to normal operating hours on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025.
The North American LTL schedule will be adjusted in UC360 to show zero capacity. Do not book any shipments on our LTL trucks (T98) departing the U.S. on Monday, September 1st, 2025, as no recoveries or tenders will be done at U.S. Stations.
Note: There is no impact to EUV routes (T25). Expect delays to all LTL routes (T98).
