Our Cargo team works 24/7 to fly hundreds of thousands of pounds of shipments around the world every day. That includes anything from electronics and pharmaceuticals to fresh flowers and perishable goods — every year haute couture straight from the runways of New York, Paris and Milan.

Every September and February, New York, Paris and Milan buzz with the excitement of Fashion Week. Designers reveal new collections, stylists prepare runway looks, all while behind the scenes, our Cargo team quietly plays a starring role.
For decades, fashion houses like Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Chanel, Prada, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Dior and others have trusted us to deliver their creations safely across the Atlantic.
“Day after day, United Cargo distinguishes itself through their agility and responsiveness,” said Dior’s Logistics Oversees Coordinator Gérald Pain. “Their reliability and dedication are essential to sustaining our Maison’s standards of excellence.”
While fashion brings the glamour, we bring something just as important: reliability, flexibility and a team that treats every box like it’s priceless.
Vogue-ing through customs
Let’s set the scene: The lights fade, the crowd applauds and models take their final walk down a Paris Fashion Week runway. Backstage, stylists rush to gather gowns, tailors make last-minute adjustments and photographers upload shots that will soon grace social media feeds worldwide.
Outside, Paris hums with energy — cafés buzzing, taxis streaming past the Eiffel Tower, the city still alive with a glow from the fashion festivities.
At CDG (Paris, Charles de Gaulle), the handoff happens with choreographed precision. No detours. No delays.
By the time the Parisian skyline is lighting up for dinner, those same creations are crossing the Atlantic. And before the night is over, they’ve landed at EWR — ready to be styled, photographed or even rushed straight into a Manhattan showroom.
Take the time we delivered a collection straight from the runway to the private wardrobe of Céline Dion. That shipment may have been destined for a celebrity’s doorstep, but it was handled with the same care we bring to every Fashion Week delivery — and every shipment, every day of the year.
What happens for Céline happens for every brand: after weeks (and sometimes months) of design and preparation, couture leaves Paris or Milan and arrives in New York in under 24 hours. For designers and stylists working on impossible timelines, that speed makes all the difference.
The devil wears cargo
Most shipments move through our well-planned cargo process. But sometimes, the stories are unforgettable. Like the time couture skipped the cargo hold altogether, packed into 15 oversized suitcases and hand-carried onto a flight. Or when a client bought 50 passenger tickets on a Paris-to-New York flight just to move a collection — because they wouldn’t ship with anyone else.
These moments may sound extraordinary, but they show the deep trust fashion houses place in our team and the dedication of employees who always find a way to say, “Yes, we can.”
Keeping up with couture
What we’re really moving isn’t just clothing. It’s months of creativity, craftsmanship and artistry. Every shipment represents the passion of designers, seamstresses and stylists — and our teams treat each one as if it’s irreplaceable.
From secure storage to constant communication between stations, every step is rooted in trust, teamwork and a shared commitment to excellence.
“Our partnership with United Cargo reflects a shared commitment to excellence and a long-term vision. Together, we ensure our new collections reach boutiques with time-to-market precision,” said Dior’s International Logistics Director Karim Bairi.
Fashion Week thrives on drama. But thanks to our people, there’s no drama in the supply chain. Deliveries are seamless, reliable and stress-free — just the way they should be.
Since the very first couture shipment, our Cargo team has been the quiet partner behind the scenes. For designers and brands in the spotlight, we’re proud to play our role backstage — delivering their art to the runway, a boutique or even to a star’s doorstep, right on time.
Because in fashion, the show must go on. And with United Cargo, it always does.
