United Cargo Account*
United Airlines will extend credit to those customers who have an approved United Cargo Account in good standing. United Airlines will not extend credit on a one-time basis. If you would like to apply for a United Cargo Account, download a credit application to fax or mail to United Cargo. In order to download, you must have Adobe's Acrobat Reader, which is available for Windows, Macintosh, and UNIX platforms.

Company or Personal Check* (made payable to United Airlines)
Acceptance of company and personal check is subject to specific limits and the procedures outlined in this section. Checks must include a printed name, mailing address and telephone number, and must include preprinted bank MICR number. A valid driver's license with picture and major credit card is required. No third party checks.

Accept:
Company check up to $1250.00 USD
Individual check up to $ 500.00 USD

Maximum amount for specific commodities:
Household goods or personal effects up to $ 500.00 USD
Items of high value up to $ 350.00 USD
Live animals up to $ 350.00 USD
Musical instruments up to $ 350.00 USD
Tropical fish up to $ 350.00 USD

GTR is for human remains shipments only.

United Airlines will extend credit to those customers who have an approved IATA Account in good standing and that have been accepted by United Airlines. (For further details, refer to your CNS contract.)
