United Cargo is dedicated to providing service and we promise to move shipments as committed. In return, we ask that our customers provide accurate cubic dimensions and weight when booking. Documents must be clearly labeled with a 24-hour contact name and telephone number should discrepancies arise. United cannot ensure the "moved as committed" promise unless shipments tendered reflect the booked weight, dimensions and piece count.

If you have any questions about United's rules and regulations, please contact United Cargo for further assistance.
