United Airline's has designated The Air Cargo Tariff (TACT) as our official source of information by reference of air waybills, application of rates rules and classifications for all international shipments. Information is available for review at each Airport/Cargo Sales offices.

Exceptions: From/to the USA and Canada, all rates and rules are published in the Airline Tariff Publishing Company (ATPCO).

All rates, charges and regulations published in TACT are subject to change without notice except to the extent otherwise provide by applicable law or government regulations or order; provided however that no such change shall apply to a contract of carriage after the date of issuance of the air waybill by carrier or after the date the rate or charge for the carriage has been entered in the shipment record.
