Customs Clearance will not be provided by United Airlines. Customs clearance and formalities must be arranged by the Shipper or Consignee and takes place at the destination.

The following US Gateway cities use Air Manifest System: Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, Chicago/O'Hare, New York/JFK, Newark, Washington D.C./Dulles, Miami, Seattle, Anchorage, and Honolulu.

USDA, Public Health, and US Fish and Wildlife inspections are done at the first port of entry into the US.
