have flights available seven days a week to fit your schedule. Refrigeration facilities are
available in over 70 locations, and all of our cargo compartments are temperature controlled to
assure freshness throughout the journey. Selected routes also offer refrigerated shuttle trucks.

Requirements for Shipping Flowers
To ensure that the shipping process goes as smoothly as possible, please adhere to the following requirements:
- Advance arrangements are required.
- Air freight shipments must meet specific TSA security requirements before being transported on passenger or cargo aircraft. Contact United Cargo for further details.
- Booking must include number of pieces, weight and dimensions of each box.
- Shipment must comply with all local, state, federal and international regulations.
- Cargo may be inspected to ensure that it complies with United Airlines packaging requirements.
- Weather conditions may affect the transportation of perishable goods. Shippers may be required to sign a perishable disclaimer.
- Air waybill must provide a 24-hour phone contact for shipper and consignee.
Packaging Requirements
- Shipments must have appropriate labels on boxes.
- Shipments must show total cubic measurement on exterior of all boxes.
- Boxes should indicate temperature constraints if applicable.
- Each piece must be legibly and durably labeled with the names and addresses of the shipper and the consignee.
- Shipments must be prepared or packaged to ensure safe transportation with ordinary care in handling.
