1. Tracking Information
Once your shipment is tendered at a United Cargo facility, you can track its progress from the My Cargo In Progress tracking page. At a glance, you will see key shipment information for your first 100 in-progress shipments. Your shipments are sorted by Date Tendered (oldest shipments first) and then From/To within Date Tendered.
If you have more than 100 shipments, you can view more recent shipments by selecting the Next button at the bottom of the page.

2. Shipment Information
For each shipment, you can access the station hours for the station where you dropped off your cargo and the station where you will be shipping your cargo by selecting the link for the appropriate airport code.
The weight for each of your shipments is displayed in pounds (L) or kilograms (K).
The piece count represents the total pieces in your shipment.

3. Status
Each piece in your shipment is assigned one of five status codes depending on where it is in the shipment process.
Tendered – Your package is checked-in at a United Cargo facility.
At Origin – Several pieces are already in-transit, but these pieces remain at the origin.
In Transit – The shipment is currently in-progress
On Hand – The shipment is complete and is on hand at the destination airport.
Recovered – Recovered shipments (highlighted with an icon) will be accessible from Tracking for up to 24 hours after they are recovered.
After that, recovered shipments can be accessed for up to seven days from the History section.
In addition to the status, the status field contains the number of pieces in the shipment that the status code applies to. | |  |

From Tracking, you can select a shipment to view the individual air waybill tracking details. You can view more detailed status information about your shipment, including it’s current status, customs status and historical details.
If you are consolidating an international shipment under a Master Air Waybill with one or more House Air Waybills, you will see a list of House Air Waybills that are associated with your Master Air Waybill. You can select each House Air Waybill individually to view more detailed status information about it. | |  |
