My Cargo provides registered users with easy access to detailed tracking information and booking capability. To login to My Cargo, enter your Customer ID and password from the home page. If you don't have a Customer ID and password, you will need to apply for registration.

Once you login, you are presented with a list of all your in-progress United Cargo shipments. The Shipment Tracking page becomes your home page and you are only one click away from Flight Availability and Reservations.
