Apply for Registration > Registration Application New Customer (Commercial or private shipper)

According to TSA security requirements, United Airlines cannot accept packages from "Unknown Shippers" (commercial or private shippers not qualified by TSA requirements) or "Non-TSA Approved Indirect Air Carriers" (freight forwarders, integrators, couriers or consolidators without TSA certification).

Shipments received from TSA approved Indirect Air Carriers must be from known shippers only. No cargo from an unknown shipper will be accepted for transportation.

For customers who do not have an established business relationship, the TSA requires verification of credit worthiness and establishment of a shipping agreement:

Step 2: Submit to United Cargo

Either fax the form to United Airlines Cargo Security at (847)700-6782 or mail to:

Within ten business days from receipt of the signed document, you will receive an eligibility notification.
