According to TSA security requirements, United Airlines cannot accept packages from "Unknown Shippers"
(commercial or private shippers not qualified by TSA requirements) or "Non-TSA Approved Indirect Air Carriers"
(freight forwarders, integrators, couriers or consolidators without TSA certification).
Shipments received from TSA approved Indirect Air Carriers must be from known shippers only. No cargo
from an unknown shipper will be accepted for transportation.
For customers who do not have an established business relationship, the TSA requires verification
of credit worthiness and establishment of a shipping agreement:
