Current Reservations
Page 1 - List |
1. Reservation Information
Your reservations can be viewed from Current Reservations under the Reservation tab. At a glance, this list provides access to key reservation information for your first 100 reservations. Your reservations are sorted by Type, Date and then From/To within the date. The shipment date is the date of flight departure. If you have more than 100 reservations, you can display older reservations by selecting the Next button at the bottom of the page.
The weight for each of your reservations is displayed in pounds (L) or kilograms (K).

2. View, Modify or Delete Reservations
From Current Reservations, you can select a reservation to view its details, modify the shipment information, or delete the booking entirely. Please be aware that there is a five-minute delay between the time that you create or modify a reservation and the time that the changes are reflected in Current Reservations.

3. Station Information
For each reservation, you can access the station hours for the station where you will be dropping off your cargo and the station where you will be shipping your cargo by selecting the link for the appropriate airport code.

| Page 2 - View |
View contains all the information about your shipment, including your confirmation number. You can print this page as a record of your reservation. From View, you will be able to still modify or delete your reservation.

| Page 3 - Modify |
| When you select Modify, you will be able to make changes to the number of pieces in your shipment, the shipment’s weight, volume and add an Air Waybill number. If you are using a United shipping container, you will also be able to update both the type of container and the number of containers of that type that you will be shipping.
To proceed with your changes, click Continue. | |  |

| Page 4 - Delete |
| When you select Delete, you will be able to view all the information about your shipment so you can verify you are deleting the correct reservation.
To delete the shipment, click Yes. To cancel out of delete, click No. | |  |
