Page 1 – Flight Specific Form |
1. Favorites
Once you have booked a reservation on unitedcargo.com, you can save the reservation information to reuse later. Select a saved reservation, from the pull down menu. Click Fill to pre-populate the Flight Specific form with data from the selected favorite.

2. Flight Information
In order to make a Flight Specific reservation, please provide specific information about the date you are planning to ship your cargo, the specific flight numbers and the origin and destination airport codes. You can book a reservation online for up to three segments of a trip. If you are not sure of the airport code, please refer to the Station Information utility.

3. Shipment Information
Please provide specific information about the size and type of cargo that you will be shipping. Specify the number of pieces, actual weight of your shipment,
shipment volume and commodity type on one line unless you have a shipment containing both bulk
(loose) pieces and containers (ULD). In this case you would list bulk and ULD shipment
information on separate lines.

4. United Shipping Container(ULD)
If you are using a container to consolidate multiple packages in your shipment, you will need to specify both the type of container and the number of containers of that type that you will be shipping.
To proceed with your reservation, click Continue. To refresh the screen and start over, click Reset.

1. Complete Reservation
Please provide some additional customer information to complete the reservation. You will need to provide your name, telephone number, and 11 digit United or IATA account number. Additionally, please specify the Air Waybill number associated with your shipment.
Click Submit to create the reservation.

| Page 3 – Confirmation Reservation |
1. Confirm Reservation
The confirmation page will contain all the information about your shipment, including your confirmation number. You can print this page as a record of your reservation.

2. Create Favorites
If this is one of your frequent shipments, you can to add it to your Favorites list. Simply select the button Create Favorites. Save your favorite using a name this is meaningful to you.
